Fragments

ERIKA PHOENIX’s Fragments

FRIDAY, JUNE 21 @ 9 p.m.
THURSDAY, JUNE 27 @ 7 p.m.

Fragments is a solo show and a fusion of autobiographical writing, fantasy, dreams, and nightmares, and pushes the boundaries of the perception of mental health with regards to gun violence. Somewhere between chaos and humanity lies the protagonist’s quickly deteriorating reality. Fragments is a story of dissociation and trying to make sense of nonsense. Relying on the sounds of words rather than only meaning, this performance is experiential rather than story-driven.
